Basic Pancake Mix



for 15 servings

  • 1 cup self-rising flour(125 g)
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup butter(50 g), melted
  • 1 cup milk(240 mL)


  1. Melt butter in the microwave in 15-second intervals.
  2. Sift flour, sugar, and baking soda together into a large bowl.
  3. Mix eggs, milk, and butter in a separate bowl and add to dry ingredients.
  4. Cook pancakes in a frying pan on medium heat.
  5. Serve with whipped cream and maple syrup.
  6. Enjoy!
